Service Description

HappyTreeClinic provides professional tree care services in Austin, TX and surrounding areas, including tree pruning, removal, stump grinding, health assessment, emergency storm response, and planting. Service requests submitted through this website are inquiries, not binding contracts. All work is subject to an on-site evaluation and written estimate.

User Obligations

When submitting a service request, you agree to provide accurate contact information and a truthful description of the work needed. You must be the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request tree care services.

Estimates and Pricing

All pricing information on this website is approximate. Final pricing is determined after an on-site evaluation and provided in a written estimate. Work does not begin until you approve the estimate in writing.

Limitation of Liability

HappyTreeClinic is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, disease, or conditions in trees that are not discoverable through standard visual inspection. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee if our crew has already been dispatched.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, TX courts.
